Organize PDF Pages

Organizing PDF pages can involve rearranging, rotating, inserting, deleting, or extracting pages within a PDF document. There are several tools available to organize PDF pages:

Adobe Acrobat: Adobe Acrobat is a comprehensive tool that offers extensive functionality to organize PDF pages: Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat. Click the “Organize Pages” tool from the right pane. You can then: Rearrange pages by dragging and dropping thumbnails to the desired location. Rotate pages by selecting pages and clicking the rotate clockwise or counterclockwise buttons. Delete pages by selecting them and clicking the delete icon. Extract pages by choosing the pages and clicking the extract button. Insert pages from another document using the insert options. After making your changes, save the PDF with the new page organization.

Preview on macOS: Preview allows basic page organization: Open the PDF in Preview. Show the sidebar if it isn’t already visible, and set it to display thumbnails. You can then: Rearrange pages by dragging and dropping thumbnails. Delete pages by selecting a page and pressing the delete key. Rotate pages by selecting a page and clicking the rotate button in the toolbar. Save your document to retain the changes.
