Jessie makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She revealed what she typically eats in a day to Us Weekly. “I like to intermittent fast and I don’t eat first thing in the morning. I wake up, have coffee, drink water and go to the gym. Maybe a couple hours later, I’ll have a chicken salad with rice. I eat what I want at dinner because I’m on the lighter side throughout the day.”
One way Jessie decided to improve her diet is by cutting out alcohol. She explained why in her Us Weekly interview. “Cutting out alcohol and trying not to eat past 6 p.m. is a game changer. If you’re going to have alcohol, [drink] Prosecco. There’s not that many calories and sugar.”
Jessie makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. In the caption, she talked about what her typical fitness routine looks like. “I work out 3 to 4 times a week and they pretty much look like this with certain variations whether were doing more upper body or lower body. Btw my trainer @klugfitness is the bomb.com! Transforming me!”

One way Jessie keeps herself healthy is by practicing intuitive eating. “I’m big on being intuitive and paying attention to what works and what doesn’t work,” she said to Parade. “For example, when I eat ground beef, it doesn’t really agree with me, but my body is just fine with a pork chop. As far as food goes and diet, everything in moderation. You can eat a chocolate chip cookie and have bread when it’s in your bread basket. Food is conversation, and the heart of the home in my opinion.”
Jessie makes sure to push herself when she works out. In fact, she decided to up her workouts intensity when she noticed her routine wasn’t working for her anymore. “I’ve always been able to work out myself and just motivate myself,” she said to E! News. “But I felt like with this year I’m noticing my body slowing down a little bit. I don’t metabolize as fast as I used to. I don’t build muscle as fast as I used to. So I felt like I needed to treat myself and maybe take it up a notch.”
