“There’s a Bunch of Songs on There that I’m Excited to Play”: Morgan Wallen Shares His New Setlist Ahead of 2025 ‘I’m the Problem’ Tour Kick-Off in Houston

Morgan Wallen has shared his 2025 I’m the Problem Tour setlist exclusively via Apple Music, with the Sneedville megastar discussing his song choices with the streaming platform.

As the excitement builds ahead of the ‘Last Night’ chart-topper’s opening double-header of shows at Houston’s NRG Stadium next weekend, fans have been wondering and speculating as to which tracks from the new album Wallen would be performing.

Now, it appears we have our answer, with the country titan confirming to Apple Music that he’ll be including an array of stand-outs from I’m the Problem in his forthcoming tour setlist.

At both Sand in My Boots Festival and at his one-night-only show at London’s Roundhouse, Morgan Wallen performed the likes of ‘Kick Myself’, ‘I Got Better’, ‘Don’t We’, ‘I’m a Little Crazy’ and ‘Superman’, with Wallen also treating his UK crowd to the live debuts of ‘Kiss Her In Front Of You’, ‘20 Cigarettes’, ‘What I Want’ and ’Eyes Are Closed’.

Judging by his newly released Apple Music Setlist playlist, it looks like all of these have made the cut for his I’m the Problem Tour, except ‘Eyes Are Closed’. This is certainly a shame, especially given the fact that Wallen cited this as one of his favourite songs on the album, because it struck an immediate chord with his son, Indigo.

However, we think the rest of this stacked setlist more than makes up for this omission, particularly when you consider Wallen is trying to chose from a whopping 37 songs.

We’re glad to see there are two songs in the setlist that Morgan Wallen has never performed before – ‘TN’ and ‘Dark Til Daylight’. Both tracks have been going immensely viral on TikTok and are racking up the streams, so it seems these are no-brainers.

While chatting to Apple Music, Morgan Wallen name-checked both the album’s title-track and the beautifully intricate, soul-stirring closer, ‘I’m a Little Crazy’, as two songs he is particularly keen to perform. About the former, Wallen gushed, “I already see how well it’s doing”, before commenting on the latter, “I love singing that song”.

Elsewhere during the interview, the ‘What I Want’ chart-topper explained how much work goes into his tour preparations, citing “energy” as the key distinction between simply listening to his music and experiencing his electrifying live set, “I spend months at this point getting ready to get on tour, just getting in shape. I don’t have to be in any kind of crazy shape to record in the studio. With how big my stage is, how much I run around and how much effort that me and the guys put into it, I don’t think you would know that by just listening to my record”.

Anyone who has been fortunate enough to witness Morgan Wallen’s live show – which always opens with his now-iconic walk-out to ‘Broadway Girls’ – knows this is the case, with the ‘Love Somebody’ singer-songwriter giving it 110% every time he hits the stage. The sense of anticipation was already sky-high, but with the unveiling of his official setlist, it’s safe to say his Houston shows can’t come soon enough.
