Current WWE Champion Gets Personal With Nikki Bella On Raw

Nikki Bella and this current WWE Champion’s confrontation on Raw turns personal.

In the early hours of the 9th June episode of Raw, Liv Morgan lost her Queen of the Ring qualifying opportunity against Roxanne Perez, Kairi Sane, and Rhea Ripley. However, despite a disappointing start to the night, Liv Morgan closed her screen time on the show on a high.

In the final hour of the show, fans saw Hall of Famer Nikki Bella return and address the upcoming Evolution 2 PLE next month. Reflecting on her main event match several years ago on the show in 2018, Bella continued to hype up the current roster, before Morgan decided to interrupt.

The current champion then started to heap praise on her while flaunting her accomplishments. Liv Morgan then started to berate Nikki Bella for not having the achievements she had before taking a direct personal shot at Bella’s romantic life. Nikki Bella recently underwent a messy divorce and received a personal dig from the current women’s tag-team champion.

You are jealous of me because I have everything that you don’t. I have respect. I have a championship and I have a man.”

However, things soon turned verbally heated between them. Although, as Bella was about to walk out of the ring, Morgan hit her with an ObLivion and walked away, teasing an Evolution 2 showdown between the two former World Champions.

Earlier this year, Nikki Bella made her much-awaited return at the Royal Rumble 2025, which also had her former partner John Cena. Soon after her appearance, she appeared in an interview with Kristin Cavallari on “Let’s Be Honest” (via PEOPLE), Bella looked back at sharing the same stage as Cena.

“It was very quick. I was in a circle talking to people. He came to [shake] everyone’s hand. He shook my hand. But the thing was, when he walked away, all the girls were like, ‘Oh my gosh.’ I’m like, ‘Shh, shh, He’s married, be respectful.’ And that was it. That was nice, and it was great because breaking the ice and you know, we just both happened to be back at the same time. It’s a good feeling.”
