Durrell, 22, is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University and will spend the next year serving as a statewide ambassador for the Miss Oklahoma organization. As part of her platform, she will advocate for a community service initiative, though details of her focus have not yet been released.

The first runner-up was Jaselyn Rossman, who competed as Miss OSU and received a $15,000 cash scholarship for her achievement.
