Fan pays tribute to Ethan Page, gets roasted over graduation photo

After collecting his diploma, the young man, known as “the hitman” on X, struck Page’s signature taunt — grinning and pointing at himself. He later shared the moment online, tagging the wrestler and writing, “Even at my grad, I had to pay my respects to @OfficialEGO.”

The post didn’t go unnoticed. Page responded as one might expect, as he called out the watermark that was still visible on the grad’s photo.

“Can’t believe you were too cheap to buy your own grad photo. Congratulations, I guess,” Page quipped, adding a pointing and smiling emoji.

When the graduate replied that the photos cost $70, Page responded, “Damn!”

Considering the cost of an education, one might ask, “What’s another $70?” But in today’s economy, even small expenses can feel significant — a sentiment that resonated with at least one other fan.
