Taylor Swift Emerges in NYC in a Chic Black Floral Slipdress

Taylor Swift emerged in New York City last night, at none other than local hotspot Via Carota.

The superstar stepped out for a bite, looking chic as ever in a black midi dress with a floral print in red, blue, yellow, and green. The dress had barely-there spaghetti straps, and Swift cinched it at the waist with a black belt embellished with a golden chain on one side.

She completed her ensemble with Balmain’s Western-inspired Anthem bag in slouchy black leather and a golden belt buckle, plus strappy black heels, a pendant necklace, and her signature red lip and ponytail with blown-out bangs.

In a video taken by a fan on Instagram (@annamajors), the “Fortnight” singer is seen gliding into the restaurant in silence, as guests are left gasping for breath.

Beau Travis Kelce did not seem to be with her.

As Swifties know, the pop star has left us in the dark for months—since February 9, to be exact, when she made her last super-public outing to support Kelce at Super Bowl LIX. The Kansas City Chiefs lost the game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and since then, Swift and Kelce have been lying low.

Still, we’ve gotten a few glimpses of the couple here and there. On Mother’s Day, they were seen dining with the NFL star’s family in Philadelphia—and Swift went casual in a slinky black dress. And last week, the “So High School” singer was photographed looking lovely in a white floral dress for a dinner date with Kelce in West Palm Beach, Florida.

If we know anything about Swift, it’s that this period of silence will be worth it when she makes her big return.
